overheard quote of the day

yeah, it must be like this….the phd is like the magister, you take it before the master..it is far less than the master, it is only three years. yes, yes, i am sure, it is like what you have in italy, the ..  no, wait a second, i am not sure any more, but for sure it is far less than the master.

i was going home, yesterday night. The tube entered my station, i tentatively approached the liding doors, holding to the post as majestically as a Tarzan with alzheimer.  The doors open, and on the platform in front of me it appears a glorious, wide and multiform pool of vomit. almost a piscine.

 i asked myself  was is this trying to tell me?  

but then i put myself together, took what lookes like an olimpionic triple jump and went home.
