Parents Need to Understand Facebook
Parents can also sign up for a free newsletter about Facebook, created especially for parents with kids under 18 using the service.
To help kids reach their full potential, parents today must know about Facebook. That’s the purpose of this website.
Starting now, parents can enroll in a free course at Stanford to learn more about Facebook. The course instructors are psychologist Dr. BJ Fogg of Stanford’s Persuasive Technology Lab and BJ’s sister, Linda Phillips, a mom with kids from college age to 5th grade.
Do parents really need to understand facebook?

Your friends have voted on your strengths and weaknesses:
STRENGTHS:
person with the prettiest eyes
person with the best body
sexiest
WEAKNESSES:
most fashionable
person with the best sense of humor

consideration #1: how long will it take before the Swedish goevernment will ban facebook for harassment or discrimination?
consideration #2: let me play fair. any achievement obtained via cuteness is mostly welcome. taking distances from the Feminists, hurray for that dicrimination that works in my favour.

Facebook just informed me that “Margherita Bottero is now friend with Margherita Bottero”
a part from feeling relieved to be able again to look straight in the mirror without locking fists of rage, i just sealed a virtual friendiship with a girl who has my very same name. who is born the day after me.
abstracting from speculating on the odds of this, or simply quitting before even starting to find the lurking metaphysics, i am really grateful to Facebook for the present, schizofrenic, experience. whenever she takes a social move within the network, in fact, i am informed, along with her other friends, that she: “just compared friends”, “commented on XY’s picture”, “is feeling sad” or “is in a complicate relationship with XY”.
actually, what i read is:
Margherita Bottero just compared friends
Margherita Bottero just commented on XY’s picture
Margherita Bottero is feeling sad
Margherita Bottero is in a complicated relationship with XY
